7152 Drewry’s Bluff is a stunningly designed luxury house situated on the exclusive Tara Golf & Country Club, in the heart of the beautiful city of Bradenton, Florida.

This beautiful holiday home boost’s bright and airy living spaces and spacious bedrooms. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which have been designed with comfort and style in mind.

The house is fully air conditioned and is furnished to an exceptionally high standard throughout. There is also a large bright kitchen with a breakfast bar, TV/Sitting  room which is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Our pool is enclosed under a custom-made lanai, a roof topped veranda, which allows for full privacy. This overlooks a large tranquil lake with a view of the Tara Preserve 9th Hole. You also have an option to have the pool electrically heated to approximately 75 degrees for an additional fee.

The outside patio area includes a gas barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs and 4 sun loungers which makes this house an ideal choice for outdoor entertaining during your holiday / vacation stay.

Our bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort in mind for our guests. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite bathroom, whilst bedroom number two has a spacious double bed. The other bedroom has twin beds, which are ideal for sharing.

Entering the house you will find open plan living space to include a dinner dining area which leads to the kitchen including breakfast bar and separate dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen/dining areas you will find the living room/tv room with a wall mounted 65′ curved screen TV. The living room/tv room has french double doors leading out to the patio and pool area

• There is a cleaning and laundry charge of €175, for the cost of cleaning after check-out

• Electric pool heating €50 per week, if required
• Rent is subject to local taxes at 12.5%
• Golf club membership can be transferred for the cost of $400 (payable directly to the club), if required

Our house is situated on the grounds of the luxurious and stunning Tara Golf & Country Club, which features a 6,800 yard par 72 championship golf course. The Club House is a short 7-minute walk away from our house.

For a once off charge of $400, you will have full use of the amenities of Tara Golf & Country Club, which includes golf, access to the Club House. Transfer of membership entitles you to free green fees and only a modest mandatory cart fee applies. Facilities include golfing on a championship course on 600 acres with five sets of tees on each hole. This is sure to challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels. Guests also have use of the driving range (golf balls provided free of charge) and the practice putting green, which is located adjacent to the Club House. This fee also includes full use of the pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and the floodlit tennis courts.

The Preserve Golf Club, which is a public access golf course is also a 10 minute away. The Preserve’s championship course is an 18 hole, par-72 classic layout measuring 7,000 yards from the championship tees.
