This was our 4th visit to Tara G&CC and our 2nd to this lovely House. We wanted for nothing at the House and enjoyed all the amenities Tara has to offer. Further afield the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Sarasota are beautiful places to spend a day. Baseball Winter Training is a great experience and if shopping is your thing Ellenton Outlet Mall only a few miles away offers great choice. A brilliant holiday, we will definitely look to return very soon.

This was the sixth time we have stayed at this property since 2008.
It is situated on the Tara Golf club, and whilst I don't play, it is a beautiful setting, backing onto one of the first nine tees.
This location is close to the Gulf of Mexico beaches of Bradenton and Sarasota (about 20 min drive) and 30 minutes from the amazing Siesta beach, claimed to be amongst the world's best beaches. The house has four bedrooms laid out so that the master bedroom and a twin share the main bath/shower/toilet room, and the other double and twin share a shower/toilet room on the other side of the house, meaning two families can have their own space.
There is a large open plan kitchen with an occasional dining table close by, and the TV sitting room with two couches. Through an arch there is a large sitting room and large dining table. There are patio doors onto the pool area, a nice size and a deep area so diving is possible with a good size patio area with BBQ and outdoor dining table and loungers. You are about 2 hours from Orlando and just under an hour from Busch Gardens. There are lots of nice restaurants close by with all different price ranges, easy to discover via internet. Our favourite is Yoder’s Amish restaurant in Sarasota, about 20 mins, great family home cooked food at reasonable prices. The cheap options are Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel, Sonny's and Duff's Country Buffet. Slightly more expensive are Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill and visit the Columbia at Armand Circle in Sarasota for lunch.

Perfect house for us and our five children. Big bedrooms, great pool, lovely big deck and good location looking out over the golf course. Communication with the owner was great - really prompt and helpful with responses to our questions. Would definitely stay here again if we get to go back to Florida.

The villa is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The owners- are continuing to invest in and upgrade Villa Jessica and year on year these improvements are evident. The decor is fresh and clean, new sun loungers with cushions, beach towels, bed linen etc. The villa itself has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 adults. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children- all under 5 and the villa was very comfortable and spacious and had all mod cons- WIFI, smart TV, dishwasher, etc.
The outdoor area again was incredibly spacious, private and a sun haven. The swimming pool was heated and was impeccably maintained - with visits from the maintenance team at least 3 times during the week we spent there.
There are plenty of restaurants just minutes from the apartment and several supermarkets too. We had an amazing time with our kids, my parents and my sister’s family and Villa Jessica was just perfect.
The owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with since we made our very 1st booking over 2 years ago. The communication from the owners and representatives from the Management Company before and during our stay was excellent. Padraig and the management company were on hand throughout our week to make sure everything was ok, and they couldn’t have done more for us. I cannot recommend it highly enough.... we are already booked to go again next year!
Fabulous location, lovely and quiet yet a short walk to the bars and restaurants on the strip. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen had everything you need. Darts board and pool table kept the kids entertained for hours and the swimming pool was fabulous. The kids never wanted to get out lol. Lovely sitting room with Netflix TV included for evenings after the BBQ. This is our 2nd stay and will definitely be returning.

Amazing villa, with everything you could wish for. There is plenty of room for everyone, with a lovely heated swimming pool. There is plenty to entertain the children with - dart board, pool table, football table, Netflix, English TV. And had all the things you needed to make your holiday easier, such as washing machine and dishwasher. It’s a lovely and quiet location with only a short walk to the strip which is full of bars and restaurants.
Very comfortable beds too! This is our 2nd stay and we will definitely be returning. We would honestly highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday.

Just returned from Villa Jessica! First class villa, excellent quality furnishings, beautiful pool and would thoroughly recommend. The position of the villa was perfect. Five minutes stroll to the strip and beach. Outstanding holiday from start to finish and P Kelly Villas are second to none. Thank you for a fantastic holiday, will be booking again.

Fabulous villa, fabulous weather and all in all a fabulous holiday
This villa is stunning, spacious & furnished to a high level. Everything you need for a villa holiday. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out & not feel on top off each other. Pool area is lovely & there is plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone. Nice walk down to the old town PDC, but if you ventured further along the strip it was cheap enough for a taxi back to the villa, (€3 or €4).

We stayed here in June 2018 . It was not our first time booking with Kelly Villas and needlessly to say we were once again Not disappointed. The Villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool and area around it was gorgeous , plenty of sunbeds, pool table and fabulous bbq which used on several occasions. It was completely private with no one overlooking our pool area. Fully equipped kitchen . the pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there. The location was in a lovely quite area within walking distance to the town . A pleasure to stay here. Kelly villas themselves made the whole booking process easy as usual. I would highly recommend both this villa and Kelly villas themselves .

I stayed in this villa a few times over the past number of years and returned this year with my family and my sister's family. There was 12 of us in total and we all had a fantastic time. We couldn't believe the improvements and renovations that were carried out to the villa since we stayed early last year. We are really looking forward to returning again next year. The management team were very helpful as usual and the cleaner did an excellent job.The maintenance staff do a great job and are always available if you have a problem. I have been using PKelly Villas for a long number of years and they never let you down. Can’t wait for the next trip to their villa!

I have recently returned from a fantastic stay in Villa Eileen. The Villa is central located close to all amenities beach etc. Our 2 families found the villa very spacious and everything that we needed and more than expected even down to beach towels and Wall mounted hairdryers in some bedrooms and bathrooms. I would recommend this villa to my family and friends and hope to return in the near future
