We have visited Bradenton every year for the last 10yrs and love the area. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four. The owner and house manager were both responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed the pool and the short commute to the golf courses. Will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tara tremendously! It was even better than the photos portrayed. So many features we appreciated - the house design, the fresh and uncluttered decor, comfy beds, the lanai and pool, the sidewalks for walking, the accessibility of grocery shopping and more. We were here to visit our daughter, son in law and infant granddaughter and were delighted to find a high chair and pack and play in pristine condition. Thank you Mr. Kelly, Mr. Cooper and housekeeping crew! We hope to return again in a few months.

The house is breathtakingly beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed everything and the management team are great people.

My wife and I had the privilege of staying in the Kelly’s spectacular pool home located in the beautiful Tara Golf and Country Club community of Bradenton. The neighborhood is centrally located to anything you want to do in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. You can be at any of the Longboat Key or Siesta Key beaches in 30 minutes or less, and there is a plethora of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the house, including the University Mall and all the retail and infrastructure associated with the Lakewood Ranch super-community. The house itself is ideal if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the convenience of of Florida pool home. With four bedrooms, you can accommodate a large family with room to spare. Padraig is incredibly responsive to any questions that arise, and the entire experience from booking to departure was seamless. Most telling was the hospitality and flexibility he extended to us during our stay. The house has everything you could want for a stay of any length. From bikes, to beach accessories, to barbecue gas grills and everything in between, the house is fully equipped with anything you could need away from home. When we were there the washer and dryer were upgraded to brand new units, even though there appeared to be nothing wrong with the older units, proving the commitment to maintaining a high-end home. We enjoyed strolling around the golf course community in the evenings and were treated to memorable sunsets that we’ll never forget. The lanai and pool were where we spent most of our time, where the Kelly’s provide a very comfortable setting complete with a large outdoor dining table and many chaise lounge chairs. It’s the perfect setting to enjoy a summer Florida day. The golf course and country club offer all the amenities of the highest end resorts. Although we did not participate, for an additional sum you can golf, play tennis or pickle ball, swim, use the gym, and enjoy their on-site grill/restaurant. Had we stayed longer, we would have used that option. Needless to say, we will definitely return. If your looking to rent a residence in the Bradenton area, I can’t recommend this home highly enough.

A Lovely and Welcoming Home
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this bright, clean, and spacious home. The layout proved to be very accommodating for the variety of ages from young adult to senior citizen. We appreciated the supply of beach towels, along with all the other amenities offered. It is close to shops, beaches, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our time in Florida. It was clean, the property manager was wonderful to work with, the online description of the property was accurate and the location was close to the interstate, restaurants and stores. I would recommend this home for your next stay in the Sarasota area!!

We have just spent a wonderful month in this property. The large master with en suite and roll in shower was perfect for myself and my husband who is a wheelchair user. My daughter and her partner were able to enjoy privacy in the bedrooms at the other side of the house . The beautiful pool overlooked the 9th tee of Tara golf club and as of course perfect golfers we were able to criticise each and every swing.!! The property is an easy 10/15 minute walk to at least 6 restaurants if you don’t want to cook or get in the car. 30 minutes down the road are the breathtaking beaches. The house itself was extremely clean and well kitted out. The house manager Mark available immediately if there was a problem which there wasn’t except those brought on by ourselves! The only problem with this house was that we had to leave it at the end of the month.

The House was very nice. It had everything you could need. Very relaxing sitting by the pool. Nice and quiet watching the golfers go by. Close to grocery store and many restaurants. Not far to beaches, outlet mall, and the red barn. Lots of things to do. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This was our 10th year at this property. It is situated very close to I75 junction, but far enough away so it cannot be heard, in a private golf estate. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The beaches are about 30 minutes easy drive away and are well worth a visit. The house is very large and has a large pool which is not overlooked at all (apart from the occasional golfer teeing off). The house manager lives locally and quickly attends to any issues that may arise.

This was our 4th visit to Tara G&CC and our 2nd to this lovely House. We wanted for nothing at the House and enjoyed all the amenities Tara has to offer. Further afield the beaches of Anna Maria Island and Sarasota are beautiful places to spend a day. Baseball Winter Training is a great experience and if shopping is your thing Ellenton Outlet Mall only a few miles away offers great choice. A brilliant holiday, we will definitely look to return very soon.

This was the sixth time we have stayed at this property since 2008.
It is situated on the Tara Golf club, and whilst I don't play, it is a beautiful setting, backing onto one of the first nine tees.
This location is close to the Gulf of Mexico beaches of Bradenton and Sarasota (about 20 min drive) and 30 minutes from the amazing Siesta beach, claimed to be amongst the world's best beaches. The house has four bedrooms laid out so that the master bedroom and a twin share the main bath/shower/toilet room, and the other double and twin share a shower/toilet room on the other side of the house, meaning two families can have their own space.
There is a large open plan kitchen with an occasional dining table close by, and the TV sitting room with two couches. Through an arch there is a large sitting room and large dining table. There are patio doors onto the pool area, a nice size and a deep area so diving is possible with a good size patio area with BBQ and outdoor dining table and loungers. You are about 2 hours from Orlando and just under an hour from Busch Gardens. There are lots of nice restaurants close by with all different price ranges, easy to discover via internet. Our favourite is Yoder’s Amish restaurant in Sarasota, about 20 mins, great family home cooked food at reasonable prices. The cheap options are Applebee’s, Cracker Barrel, Sonny's and Duff's Country Buffet. Slightly more expensive are Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill and visit the Columbia at Armand Circle in Sarasota for lunch.

Perfect house for us and our five children. Big bedrooms, great pool, lovely big deck and good location looking out over the golf course. Communication with the owner was great - really prompt and helpful with responses to our questions. Would definitely stay here again if we get to go back to Florida.
