El Mar is located in central Puerto del Carmen, next door to the exclusive 5-star Fariones Hotel Leisure Centre and Spa, and steps away from La Playa Chica beach.
A five-to-ten minute walk will take you to the Biosfera Plaza Shopping centre in the Old Town or the New Town and promenade.
With a range of bars and restaurants on its doorstep this property is in a perfect located to explore all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer.
Entering through the front gate from the street onto the front patio area there is a terrace ideal for lounging in the sunshine with sunbeds and a pool table.
On the rear terrace you will find a hot tub, charcoal barbecue and outside dining area with plenty of seating to enjoy al fresco dining and lounging in the sun.
Accessing the Villa from the front patio area through triple sliding glass doors, you will enter an open-plan living space – kitchen, lounge/dining area with triple sliding doors leading out to the rear patio and BBQ area.
El Mar has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. Two bedrooms are ensuite.
Modern state-of-the-art security alarm systems, and two safes are installed to ensure you peace of mind during your stay.
All windows throughout the villa have a safety opening position, so you can open them during the night but still feel secure.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Ash trays are provided adjacent to the patio area, which you are respectfully asked to use should you wish to smoke.

Property Management Representative
All our villas are managed by our resident property management company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance to you during your stay.
For guests arriving on Friday, Saturday and Sundays – A member of our property management company will visit your villa on Mondays between 10am – 12pm approx.*
For guests arriving between Monday and Thursdays – A member of our property management company will visit your villa on the morning after your arrival from 10am – 12pm approx.*

Puerto del Carmen is located on the south-east side of Lanzarote and is among the most important tourist spots on the island. There are more than 6km of beautiful sandy beaches which would suit any beach lover.
It has a full range of services and entertainment centres situated along the expansive Las Playas Avenue, from department stores, shopping centres, restaurants and bars, recreational centres, to pubs and discos.
If you are a fan of sports activities, you will be spoiled for choice in Puerto del Carmen; from windsurfing and marine excursions, to deep sea fishing, scuba diving and boat tours.
Originally a small fishing village, the old town harbour is a delightful place to visit, and is home to some excellent bars, restaurants and excursions running out of the harbour.
