The living space spread across one level is stylishly furnished to a very high standard.
Entering through the front gate onto the patio area there is ample sunbeds ideal for lounging in the sunshine.
On the rear terrace you will find a hot tub, charcoal barbecue, outside dining area with plenty of seating to enjoy al fresco dining.
Accessing the Villa through triple sliding glass doors to an open plan living space. Kitchen, lounge/cum dining area, triple sliding doors lead out to the patio and BBQ area.
Off the sitting room there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 (ensuite) – Master bedroom with super king bed, triple sliding glass doors lead out to the front sun terrace.
Bedroom 2 – Is a small twin bedroom with two single beds.
Bedroom 3 (ensuite)- Off the BBQ and patio area consists of a double bed suitable for two children/teenager or one Adult, double sliding glass lead out to the terrace.
Bedroom 4 – Located off the corridor that leads from the dining area consisting double bed suitable for two children/teenager or one adult. Bedroom 2 and 4 share one shower room.
The villa has one designated car parking space marked in yellow on the roadside as you enter the Villa.

Check in is from 4pm and Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.
Two/Three persons: clean on arrival only
Four persons +: up to 9 nights clean on arrival only

There are 2 Bath & Hand Towels provided per person staying.

All our villas are managed by our resident property management company who will be on hand to answer any queries you may have or provide any necessary assistance to you during your stay.
For guests arriving on Friday, Saturday and Sundays – A member of our property management company will visit your villa on Mondays between 10am – 12pm approx.*
For guests arriving between Monday and Thursdays – A member of our property management company will visit your villa on the morning after your arrival from 10am – 12pm approx.*

Originally a small fishing village, the old town harbour is a delightful place to visit, and is home to some excellent bars, restaurants and excursions running out of the harbour.
