6907 Drewry’s Bluff is a stunningly designed luxury house situated on the exclusive Tara Golf & Country Club, Bradenton.
You will find the Club House is just a short five-minute walk from 6907.
The house is fully air conditioned (free air conditioning hot & cold) and has ceiling fans in all rooms. It is furnished to an exceptional high standard throughout and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful lush private gardens surrounding the house gives you a tranquil and peaceful space for you to relax and enjoy.
The house has recently been renovated to boast a bright and airy space, and has been professionally and tastefully interior designed with comfort and style in mind.
Entering the house you will find an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has seating for 5 persons and the dining area has a table and seating for 6 persons. The living room has double glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and patio area.
Off the living room, you will find an open plan kitchen with all the mod-cons. It has two dining areas; breakfast bar with 4 stools and dining table with 4 chairs.
Off the kitchen and dining area you will find the TV Room, this has seating for 6 persons. The flat screen Smart TV has Netflix and multi-channels.
Double glass sliding doors from the living room leads you out into the pool and patio area.
The utility room is off the kitchen and has a washing machine and a dryer. Located off the utility room is a two car garage with plenty of storage here.
Off the TV Room there are two bedrooms; one of which is a twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Between these bedrooms there is a recently refurbished shower room which has a a walk in shower, WC, double hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.
There are a further two bedrooms off the living room. One is the master ensuite bedroom and has a super king size bed, flat screen Smart TV, large walk-in wardrobe. Double sliding glass doors from this master bedroom leads you into the pool and patio area. The recently refurbished ensuite bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, WC, hand basin and wall mounted hair dryer.
The twin bedroom has two single beds.
Entering the pool and patio area, you will find the electrically heated 8 x 4m angled shaped salt water pool, with Roman steps and night lighting. There is a large gas portable barbeque with seating and dining for eight people. There are sun loungers, beach chairs (located in the Garage) and beach towels provided. Also off the pool and patio, there is a separate private sun lounging area, which is surrounded by a beautiful garden, making this house an ideal choice for outdoor entertaining during your holiday and vacation stay.
6907 Drewry’s Bluff is wheelchair accessible and has free air conditioning (hot & cold).
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.
The master bedroom, lounge and pool area all enjoy views of the 9th tee and adjoining lake.

If you are a major golf fan, you will be in for a rare treat. Our house is situated on the grounds of the luxurious and stunning Tara Golf & Country Club, which features a 6,800 yard par 72 championship golf course. The Club House is a short 5-minute walk away from our house.
For a once off membership fee of $200 (optional), this will entitle you to free golf (excluding cart fees) for two house members. Additional house guests can play golf with either of the two house members and pay the normal guest fee. The once off $200 club transfer fee also gives you access to the use of the driving range, with free golf balls and access to the Club swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and the Club House restaurant and bar.
Facilities include golfing on a championship course on 600 acres with five sets of tees on each hole. This is sure to challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels.

We are a 10 minute drive from The Mall at University Town Centre, a beautiful, state-of-the-art shopping centre, which offers shoppers and fashion lovers alike over 140 stores and restaurants to choose from, including many brands exclusive to the area. Brands vary from Saks Fifth Avenue, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton to Banana Republic, Forever 21, GAP and more.
Ellenton Premium Outlets is a 20-minute drive away, and is a shopping lovers paradise, with brands such as Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Kate Spade, Lacoste and many more. It has over 130 stores, from women and men’s clothing, to home furnishings and bespoke brands.
A 1 hour and 40 minute drive will bring you to Orlando, which is home to many shopping outlets and centres.

The Preserve Golf Club, which is a public access golf course is also a 10 minute walk away. The Preserve's championship course is an 18 hole, par-72 classic layout measuring 7,000 yards from the championship tees.
The club pool and hot tub provides enjoyment for both lap swimmers and casual bathers and the fitness centre has some state of the art exercise machines and light exercise equipment including Pilates balls and retention bands.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this bright, clean, and spacious home. The layout proved to be very accommodating for the variety of ages from young adult to senior citizen. We appreciated the supply of beach towels, along with all the other amenities offered. It is close to shops, beaches, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
It is situated on the Tara Golf club, and whilst I don't play, it is a beautiful setting, backing onto one of the first nine tees.
This location is close to the Gulf of Mexico beaches of Bradenton and Sarasota (about 20 min drive) and 30 minutes from the amazing Siesta beach, claimed to be amongst the world's best beaches. The house has four bedrooms laid out so that the master bedroom and a twin share the main bath/shower/toilet room, and the other double and twin share a shower/toilet room on the other side of the house, meaning two families can have their own space.
There is a large open plan kitchen with an occasional dining table close by, and the TV sitting room with two couches. Through an arch there is a large sitting room and large dining table. There are patio doors onto the pool area, a nice size and a deep area so diving is possible with a good size patio area with BBQ and outdoor dining table and loungers. You are about 2 hours from Orlando and just under an hour from Busch Gardens. There are lots of nice restaurants close by with all different price ranges, easy to discover via internet.
About Bradenton:
Our house is located in Bradenton Florida, a city home to many museums, parks, cultural amenities and a historic past. A visit to vibrant downtown Bradenton, the River Walk and the Village of the Arts is not to be missed. Bradenton is also a short drive from Gulf shores, such as Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach.
About Sarasota:
The beautiful city of Sarasota is a 25 minute drive from our house and is renowned for its cultural amenities, shopping and it white sandy beaches. It has regular festivals for the arts and culinary delights for food lovers. From sophisticated to leisurely, Sarasota’s array of amenities makes it an unparalleled vacation destination.
