Entering the house you will find an open plan living room and dining area. The living room has seating for 5 persons and the dining area has a table and seating for 6 persons. The living room has double glass sliding doors leading out to the pool and patio area.
Off the living room, you will find an open plan kitchen with all the mod-cons. It has two dining areas; breakfast bar with 4 stools and dining table with 4 chairs.
Off the kitchen and dining area you will find the TV Room, this has seating for 6 persons. The flat screen Smart TV has Netflix and multi-channels.
Double glass sliding doors from the living room leads you out into the pool and patio area.
The utility room is off the kitchen and has a washing machine and a dryer. Located off the utility room is a two car garage with plenty of storage here.
Off the TV Room there are two bedrooms; one of which is a twin bedroom and one double bedroom. Between these bedrooms there is a recently refurbished shower room which has a a walk in shower, WC, double hand basins and wall mounted hair dryer.
There are a further two bedrooms off the living room. One is the master ensuite bedroom and has a super king size bed, flat screen Smart TV, large walk-in wardrobe. Double sliding glass doors from this master bedroom leads you into the pool and patio area. The recently refurbished ensuite bathroom has a bath, walk in shower, WC, hand basin and wall mounted hair dryer.
The twin bedroom has two single beds.
Entering the pool and patio area, you will find the electrically heated 8 x 4m angled shaped salt water pool, with Roman steps and night lighting. There is a large gas portable barbeque with seating and dining for eight people. There are sun loungers, beach chairs (located in the Garage) and beach towels provided. Also off the pool and patio, there is a separate private sun lounging area, which is surrounded by a beautiful garden, making this house an ideal choice for outdoor entertaining during your holiday and vacation stay.
6907 Drewry’s Bluff is wheelchair accessible and has free air conditioning (hot & cold).
Smoking is not permitted indoors. We kindly ask you to use our patio area if you wish to smoke.
The master bedroom, lounge and pool area all enjoy views of the 9th tee and adjoining lake.

If you are a major golf fan, you will be in for a rare treat. Our house is situated on the grounds of the luxurious and stunning Tara Golf & Country Club, which features a 6,800 yard par 72 championship golf course. The Club House is a short 5-minute walk away from our house.
For a once off membership fee of $200 (optional), this will entitle you to free golf (excluding cart fees) for two house members. Additional house guests can play golf with either of the two house members and pay the normal guest fee. The once off $200 club transfer fee also gives you access to the use of the driving range, with free golf balls and access to the Club swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and the Club House restaurant and bar.
Facilities include golfing on a championship course on 600 acres with five sets of tees on each hole. This is sure to challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels.
