Our Penthouse is located on the 9th floor of a landmark building in the centre of the old town Marbella. Situated a few minutes’ walk from the beach and promenade, less than a 10-minute walk to Orange Square and the Golden Mile, also a stone’s throw away from amenities, restaurants, and cafés, including the highly recommended Cappuccino Grand Café Marbella.
There is one car parking space allocated to the Penthouse in the apartment block and is available to all renters.
The community has well maintained gardens and a newly refurbished swimming pool.
There is lift access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a beautiful entrance hallway with a guest w.c. leading through to a spacious living room, which provides dining space with dining table and chairs, and two spacious sitting areas with picture windows, making the most of the view and giving you access to the large wrap around terrace. There is an open fireplace and a writing desk. A modern entertainment system includes a high-definition multi-channel (including English and Irish channels) TV screen and music system. High speed free WIFI is throughout the Penthouse.
A large well-appointed kitchen with an island unit, Silestone work tops and a full range of appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drinks chiller and washing machine, provides you with everything you need for your stay. There is a High-Definition flat screen TV in the kitchen, as well as a large walk-in larder and direct access out to the terrace.
The master bedroom has a dressing area and fitted wardrobes and a High-Definition flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Glass sliding doors lead out to the terrace.
The second bedroom has fitted wardrobes, High-Definition flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with corner spa bath. Glass sliding doors lead out to the terrace.
The third bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a High-Definition flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom incorporates a walk-in shower, with glass sliding doors leading out to the terrace.
The large wrap around terrace (to 3 sides) affords views to the sea and La Concha Mountain and provides all day sunshine and shade. There are areas for alfresco dining, chill-out and sunbathing in addition to a fabulous Jacuzzi with views to the sea. The terrace has sun loungers and comfortable outdoor couches with a retractable canopy if shade is desired, and outdoor showers.
There is double glazing throughout in modern replacement frames and there is also a system of hot and cold air conditioning throughout the Penthouse.
