Inside the apartment building, a lift will bring you to the penthouse where you will be immediately struck by the spaciousness of the entrance hall which leads directly to the bright and airy living area. This comprises a dining section with table and chairs and two relaxing sitting areas with views of the sea and access to the wraparound terrace through two sets of sliding doors. One of the couches in the living area can be converted into a double bed.
At your disposal is a writing desk, a multichannel TV (with Irish and English Channels) and a bluetooth sound system. The cosy feel is completed with an open fireplace.
The large well-appointed kitchen comes with an island unit, Silestone work tops and a full range of appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, drinks chiller and washing machine ……. in fact everything you will need for your stay. There is direct access from the kitchen to the terrace via triple glazed sliding doors.
The Penthouse has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms are ensuite and have direct access to the wraparound terrace through sliding doors.
There is high speed WiFi throughout the Penthouse and a parking space, free of charge, is available for our guests.
A modern state of the art security alarm system, with three safes, is installed to ensure your peace of mind during your stay.
